day 3 of the ward family reunion.

i only got to go to the dinners on thursday and friday

obviously, because of work,

but the funny part was on friday,

when we took our camp to the park by the natatorium for lunch

there was my WHOLE family...eating lunch in the park.

talk about clash of 2 worlds...

but today... was ward cabin at karney lakes day!

sure do love it up there.

almost the whole ward family was there

swimming, hiking, paddle boating, you name it.
it was an all around good time.

and my favorite part about ward family reunions?

the food.

dang, the wards know how to cook.

bbq ribs for dinner was indeed the highlight.

i was perfectly stuffed the entire time.

ahhh gotta love family reunions :)

stayed up till 3 last night with nancy giggling 

and copying pictures onto cds for some of the kiddos.

seriously can't believe that camp is over!

we celebrated the last day by going to the natatorium pool downtown.

the kids LOVE the hydrotube, 

and continually went down in all day long.

we hardly ever saw any of them!

which...was kind of sad.

but they had a good time

and it was great last day.

i sure will miss my kiddos!

this is the one picture i managed to take today.
i really shouldnt have favorite children,
but if i did,
this would be one of them.
she is seriously the mini version of me.
dang im going to miss them all!

i can hands down

honestly say

that today was the 

BEST DAY OF CAMP EVER!

we had our end of the year carnival,

and it was a complete success.

bounce house, snow cones, ring toss, cake walk, picture booth, fortune telling

seriously.

it was so fun. and stress free.

and i think the kids had an absolute blast!

cause i know i did!

mmmmmmmmmmmm how i LOVE summer thunderstorms.

it rained cats and dogs today

and it smelled SO GOOD outside.

we got jipped out of our 2nd to last pool day at camp,

which means i didnt get my free snowcone from snowcone mad trevor,

but the awesome weather was pretty much worth it.

PLUS i took my last final

and although it was absouletly brain frying

and 3 hours of torture

its DONE and that is really all that matters.

then, we had our end of the year staff BBQ,

and it was definitely a blast and a half

we talked

we laughed

we exchanged gifts

and had some delicious ribs that kassies hsuband cooked for us.

ahhh im going to miss working with these guys everyday!

totally went and saw this for field trip today.

such a stupid movie, yet so funny.

had jamba juice for lunch
and a talent show this afternoon.
some kids come up with the funniest stuff!

a lovely day that consisted of high school musical and hilary duff karaoke

more friendship bracelets

jamming to disney tunes

and passing my music theory midterm.

took a wonderous nap.

went to the awkward singles branch.

hung out at linger longer.

had dutch oven dinner at home.

got stuff ready for disney week at camp

(which means i spent far too much time listening to disney songs and watching youtube clips)

and did a little bit of homework.
