all the children strangely entertaining themselves all afternoon

staff meeting at rockies diner (why yes i would love to jam to grease! thank you mr dj)

subzero and lovely chats with nancy

phone call to my dearest darlingest kren

and youtube party with mom.

i recently realized that im pretty sure im like 12 years old.

read here (4th one down)

and today was another confirmation of that.

it was pool day,

and i had several adults look at me strangely cause i was having so much fun.

im pretty sure they are just jealous or something...

then nancy, kassie (my coworkers) and i went to the movies...

and our twelve year old friends from camp met us there.

yes its true.

we had so much fun!

ahhhhh today was a good day.

hum...well lets see...

today i was attacked by a child.

totally serious.

i was hit

kicked

scratched...(more like clawed)

spit at

punched

and cursed at several times...

it was kind of funny after the fact.

but not so much during.

so what made my day happy you ask?

watching shark week

and ignoring the 7 chapters of music theory i have left.

Monday

1. listening to sam convince one of the children that he ate one of the ducks in the park, and was going to catch a bird to eat next
2. listening to that same girl tell sam how he shouldnt do that because the duck will quack in his stomach, and then eat the bird.

*just so you know, i have some of the WEIRDEST kids at my camp...

3. having a movie night at nancy's and watching dear john. cute movie, not as good as i thought it would be, but channing tatum was in it, so thats all that really matters, right?
